Hey guys! Chill here.

Today I want to talk to you guys about stories. I'm thinking about making stories sometimes on this blog, but I'm not really sure. Would you guys like to see them? Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.

Operation: Hot Sauce In Review

Hey guys! Chill here. Today I'm doing my first ever event review on this blog. As you could've guessed from the title, I'll be reviewing Operation: Hot Sauce.

There's really not much to say for the decorations... The EPF Command Room now has a Lab, so that's kinda nice... Also, the destroyed Pizza Parlor looks really good and detailed. However the Pizza Parlor door glass is cracked on the inside but not outside... CP LOGIC! The decorations at the Cove are kinda nice, and Herbert's Hideout is really well designed.
Score: 8/10
Err... There's really no items at Operation: Hot Sauce. All you can get is a background featuring Herbert and Klutzy when you finish the mission. It's a cool item, but personally I think CP should've put in more effort with items. Even some new Elite Gear would be nice.
Score: 7/10
There are four tracks during Operation: Hot Sauce. One is a distorted Pizza Parlor song which is pretty nice, and the other three are remixes from the Operation: Blackout songs, which I love.
Score: 10/10
Honestly, I love Operation: Hot Sauce. Operation: Blackout aside, it's probably the best style of missions ever since The Veggie Villain, the final PSA mission, way back in 2010. The music is awesome, it's nicely decorated, and you get a nice reward (5 medals and the aforementioned background), so I really hope CP keeps it up. This is great. Personally I would've loved to see an EPF agent as a mascot, like Gary or Rookie, or maybe even have Jet Pack Guy or Dot debut, but personally, I love the event all the same.
Overall Score: 9/10

So what do you guys think of Operation: Hot Sauce? Comment below with your opinions!

Until next time, waddle on!

What's Up With Polo Field?

Hey guys. Chill here. So, you probably know that (if you're on Twitter) Polo Field has been acting really weird lately. To know more about this I dug into the archives at Club Penguin Memories (link in the blogroll) and looked at the posts.

First of all, back in the beginning of March Polo said he would be less active on Twitter to make some more fun posts on the official Club Penguin blog. Sounds normal so far, right? Sure. But after that, he stopped tweeting directly to users, just making normal tweets saying what's up.

But afterwards, Polo Field's blog became private like Businesmoose's before him. (Polo's blog is public again now) But then, Polo Field's 1,000 following accounts dropped to under 10, following only Disney and Club Penguin staff.

Plus, Polo said he'd be making fun posts on the Club Penguin blog... but all that's been going on are the usual weekly posts. The only "fun" posts are Daffodaily's Featured Fashions. Yesterday however Polo did post "Penguin of the Day", but that's all. Also, occasionally Polo's post name is PoloField rather than Polo Field. Why? Personally, I think PoloField is someone else - Polo even said that Daffo accasionally tweets for him.

Eventually, Polo began to occasionally tweet to penguins, acknowledging the unfollowings (but saying he couldn't talk about it), and saying his blog was private because it was just an experiment. Everyone thought it was the same, but it was soon realized that Polo seemed to be replying in secret. After replying to other Twitter accounts, Polo would eventually delete the tweets, as if he was hiding them. He also did the same thing, favoriting a tweet and then unfavoriting it quickly after. (The tweet told Polo Field to favorite it if there was a reason why he was acting weird) Hmmm...

But two days ago, Polo's tweet number went down... and down... and down... until he had no more tweets. He claimed that he was trying to clear his feed in a tweet, but "accidentally" deleted all his tweets. (eventually that tweet was also deleted)

Some people believe him, but others think that he did it on purpose, considering he was acting strange.

But today was the last straw. Polo Field's twitter account was suspended. It's gone. And nobody knows what happened. Oddly enough, even Spike didn't acknowledge it. Polo still tweets on another account (which, for the respect of his privacy I will not tell you), but it's just really... odd.

What do you guys think is going on? Honestly I have no clue. I thought at first CP was trying to make a good impression on the people at CP Summit but I doubt it now.

FOOOOD!

Are you hungry readers? Hopefully not, because if you are this post will just make you more so... Anyways, Chill here! Today I'll be talking about food on Club Penguin.

You all know about food in Club Penguin. If you didn't know pizza was a primary source of food in Club Penguin, you must be living under a rock of some sort. Coffee is another. In addition, we've gotten several food hand items, like popcorn, ice cream, cotton candy, and even sushi!

Those of you who follow Spike Hike on Twitter, or read Club Penguin Memories, probably know about the upcoming My Penguin app that nobody really knows anything about. Today he posted this picture...
Seems normal, right? Wrong. First of all, normally if you were to hold the sushi tray, your penguin would look like this.
See the difference? Also, notice how there's a little orange circle over the sushi that says 52. So what does this mean?

Personally, I think this means that food will eventually become consumable! (or at least, on the My Penguin app) What do you guys think it means?

Messing with Time

Hey guys! Chill here, once again, dishing out my endless words of what I think CP should, or will do. Today, I'll be talking about all the possibilities with the Time Trekker.
Yeah, you all remember it from the Prehistoric Party. Actually, the invention was actually first seen at the Halloween Party 2012, where you could see it in the binoculars of Gariwald's attic, implying that you were seeing yourself traveling backwards through time to the Prehistoric Age. But enough about that, I'm here to talk about the possibilities of using the Time Trekker some more.

For years, I've occasionally fantasized about CP having a Time Machine letting us go back to previous parties. What do you think? I think it would be cool if we could someday use the Time Trekker to travel back in time, and maybe experience parties we've missed. Technically, around the Halloween Party, Gary's scripts mentioned a "Future Dome" and going to the Holiday Party and (nonexistent) Submarine Party of 2007. Later, files for a "Future Fest" were found, including things such as a giveaway background for the gadget guy himself, and a player card for him.

Another possibility is going back to the Medieval days. At the Medieval Party 2012, Scorn the Dragon King got his revenge on the island after many years of being defeated. Maybe we'd be able to travel back to the true Medieval age this year. (if they have a Medieval Party at all)

So what do you think? Are my theories plausible? Unfortunately, this would probably cause unneeded appearances by Gary. He's already been at Prehistoric and Hollywood, and if he comes to Halloween that would be three appearances already. Add to that Medieval and Future Fest and he comes five times in 2013.

What would you guys like to see happen with the Time Trekker?

Gadget Room is back?

Hey guys! Chill here, once again. So, anyone who's played a PSA mission or two probably knows about the Gadget Room. It was Gary's lab, but you could never access it in-game... Only in the missions.
Of course, nothing has been heard of the room ever since the Popcorn Explosion way back in May 2010, and even then we weren't able to access. So, after the EPF took over, everyone pretty much went on their lives, without really paying any mind to the Gadget Room since then. However, in the new newspaper we saw THIS...
Ta-da! As you can see, Gary seems to be hard at work in the Gadget Room. You can also see inventions seen in the PSA Missions such as the Test Chamber, Thingamajig 3000, java bag tied to a balloon, jet pack, rocket, and the board that holds the self-destructing note. So, here's my theory.

Noticed that in the Command Room, there's now a lab that non-members drop in their evidence during Operation: Hot Sauce? Here's my theory... The Gadget Room was rebuilt by Gary under the Command Room, who salvaged everything he could out of the popcorn. Then, just now he added the Lab aboveground, which has tubes leading down to the Gadget Room, therefore dropping the evidence down to Gary allowing him to prepare the TraceTracker 100.

So, what do you guys think? Do you think my theory is correct? Do you think we'll eventually be able to go into the Gadget Room in-game? I hope so! Comment below on your thoughts.

Marvel Superhero Takeover - My Speculations and Hopes

Hey guys! Chill here. Today I'll be talking about the Marvel Superhero Takeover beginning on April 25th. Most of you probably remember back in June of last year, there was another Marvel Superhero Takeover, being the first partnership party (sometimes called advertising parties by disgruntled fans :P). Please note I don't know much about Marvel, so please excuse my lack of knowledge of the names of the characters.

So as you can see, Iron Fist, Spiderman, Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, Incredible Hulk, and Nova are all back. Polo Field also confirmed that Loki would return. But what about the new characters? First of all, you probably know that Iron Man is getting an upgraded costume which resembles his Iron Man 3 look. Club Penguin gave a sneak peek of Sif on their Twitter, Polo Field confirmed that War Machine will be at the party, and from the numerous advertisements and login screens you can see that The Mandarin and She-Hulk will be at the party. A few days ago, CP also released a new logout screen showing 14 new costumes. You guys can figure out for yourselves who these are, because of my lack of Marvel knowledge, but from what I can see is that there's some weird Iron Man/Captain America mashup thing... I dunno.
So, that's what we know... Now, onto my speculations! CP did confirm that Aunt Arctic will be at the party. But what about other mascots? Gary, Rookie, and Herbert could make good mascots. It would also be a good time for the debut of Dot and/or Jet Pack Guy, so who knows? Maybe we'll get to meet them in-game for the first time. Also, you guys have probably seen the robots attacking alongside The Mandarin. I think that we can either customize these and transform into them, or they'll be a replacement for the Destructobot somehow. (Destructobot was fought by the heroes last year, built by the Ultimate Protobot) I'm also hoping that the power gloves from last year will get their powers back, as they did last year. We might even get some new ones too. Honestly, the power gloves were some of the best features at last year's party. Also, I have a feeling that there will be a meteor crash, as Gary mentioned experimenting with draining power from rocks, which might be foreshadowing another meteor.

Also... what's with the fists? When did penguins magically get fingers? It doesn't seem right.

So, what do YOU guys think will be at the Marvel Superhero Takeover? Comment below and tell me what you'd like to see!

Waddle on! (and go ask a hero or two where the fists came from)
