Features
There actually weren't many features at this party, really. Just Sensei as a mascot, which was cool, however I think Sensei is beginning to become a bit overused, as he was already at the Hollywood Party earlier this year, and the Chinese New Year unofficial event hosted by Daffodaily5 and Chattabox.
Score: 6/10
Decorations
Most of the decorations are reused from the first Card-Jitsu Party from 2011, but it's nice considering they haven't been used in a long time, and we do get to see some of the old room designs in a way from before Operation: Blackout. Also, the new design for the Dojo and the Dojo Courtyard were nice, but I wish the Ninja Hideout stayed. However, the Ski Village, Ski Hill, and Ski Lodge all have brand new designs for this year.
Score: 9/10
Items
This party has some really nice items, from the elemental headbands to ice-themed catalog items to Sensei's first new giveaway background since his debut in 2009, they are all really nice.
Score: 10/10
Music
The music was pretty good. It was all recycled from last year's Card-Jitsu Party, besides the Snow Dojo, which was a brand new composition. Unfortunately none of the songs are very upbeat.
Score: 6/10
Final Thoughts
It was a pretty good party, the storyline was interesting, but most of the party was recycled from 2011's party.
Final Score: 8/10
But that's not all, stay tuned for part 2, where I review Card-Jitsu Snow, and later, I'll review the Monsters University Takeover.
Until then, waddle on!
